Mr. Reynolds brings over 25 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners. Riley is known for his ability to create a culture of excitement and technical expertise, which has been instrumental in his success.
Chad Mangan is Director of Sales for East/Central ON, QC, Maritimes, and North East USA at NutriAg. Before joining NutriAg, he dedicated seven years to a role as a Territory Manager at a seed company, covering eastern Ontario. Prior to that, he spent eight years at a major agricultural company, where he served as a Farm Marketing Representative in St Thomas and later as a Grain Marketing Manager in Camrose, Alberta.
In 2004, he graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Agricultural Science. His professional journey is rooted in agriculture, having grown up and worked on a dairy/cash crop farm north of Kingston, Ontario. He currently reside in the same area with his family.
NutriAg Contest Official RulesÂ
“NutriAg Boost your Crop Contest” sponsored by “NutriAg” and administered by “NutriAg.” This document constitutes the official rules of the Contest (“The Rules”) and the Rules exclusively govern all aspects of the Contest Entry. Entry of a participant in this Contest constitutes that participant’s irrevocable acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all Rules of the Contest.
Timing of the Contest:Â The contest begins on Monday, July 6, 2021 at 8:00 am EST and ends on Friday, August 14, 2021 at 5:00 pm EST. NutriAg reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by NutriAg, for purposes of verifying compliance by an Eligible Participant (as defined below) or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of NutriAg, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.
Eligibility to Enter:Â Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the USA who have reached the age of majority in their respective province, territory or state of residence at the time of entry and are recognized by NutriAg as a grower, dealer and/or agronomist. Employees or contractors of NutriAg and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
Any Litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to RĂ©gie de acools, des course et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.
How to Enter: No purchase of NutriAg products is necessary to enter the Contest. A purchase of NutriAg products will not increase an Eligible Participant’s chances of winning. Chances of winning cannot be determined by NutriAg prior to the end of the contest period and will be dependent on the number of Eligible Participants in the Contest and the number of Entries received.
During the Contest Period, Eligible Participants may enter the contest by:
Twitter, Facebook or Linked In are in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to tweets and Facebook posts) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. A reply to the winning email is required within 48 hours before a new winner is chosen. The winner’s entries will be verified. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law. NutriAg shall have the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant if NutriAg, at its sole discretion, considers the participants to have or have attempted to have violated the Rules or otherwise acted in a disruptive or abusive manner. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, irregular, inaccurate, misdirected, falsified, altered, tampered with, or lost or delayed shall be void. Any violation or attempted violation of any applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, industry standards and/or community standards shall result in immediate disqualification from the Contest.
Prize:Â Subject to these rules.
Both the Grand Prize and the Additional Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, sold, transferred assigned or redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, NutriAg reserves the sole and unfettered right, without any liability, to allow for a transfer of both the Grand Prize and Additional Prizes from a Winner.

Without limiting anything contained in these Rules, the Winner agrees to comply with the following conditions at all times with respect to the Prize:
Grand Prize Winner Selection:Â A random draw to select a Winner from the total number of Eligible Participant Entries duly received by NutriAg during the Contest period will be conducted on Friday, August 14 at 4:00 pm EST in Toronto, Ontario.
Weekly Prize Winner: A random draw to select a Winner from the total number of Eligible Participant Entries duly received by NutriAg during the Contest period will be conducted every Friday, for the duration of the contest at 4:00 pm EST in Toronto, Ontario.
(the winner shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Selected Entrant.”)
The selected entrant shall be notified by telephone, email or regular mail or via Twitter within ten (10) business days of the draw and must respond to the contact person and number identified in the notification within two (2) business days of the notification. If the selected Entrant does not respond to the notification and otherwise comply with all other Rules, the Selected Entrant will not be declared a Winner nor receive the Prize and NutriAg shall draw for another Selected Entrant. If after three (3) such attempts an alternative Selected Entrant is not found, NutriAg reserves the right to donate the Prize to a registered charity of its choice or to not award the prize.
​Winner’s Agreement: Before the Selected Entrant can be declared a winner and receive the Prize (the “Winner”), the Selected Entrant must do all of the following:
Disputes: A participant, by submitting any entry for this Contest (whether such participant is an Eligible Participant or is disqualified) agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to direct out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event lawyers’ fees; and all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, multiple damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, are herby irrevocably waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to all such participants.

Director of Sales, South Eastern USA
Ari Bloomberg is the Director of Sales for the South Eastern USA. He has been with NutriAg for over 11 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of the company from procurement and manufacturing to customer & vendor Relations. Ari has now taking on the strategic role of developing the markets in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland, and West Virginia.
Ari achieved his bachelors degree from McGill University in Montreal Quebec and his masters degree from McMaster University. Ari has been with NutriAg since fall of 2010.
Ben Dalgleish is Director of Sales, Eastern Region. He has been in the agricultural business for over 15 years, working in sales, and management roles with Ontario ag retail companies and NutriAg.
Prior to this role Ben spent the past nine years as an Area Manager with NutriAg. Ben has experience developing agronomy solutions for a wide range of crops across North America and grew up working on his family cash crop farm in Southwestern Ontario. He received his  BSc (Agr) from the University of Guelph and is an Ontario Certified Crop Advisor.
Dr. Chris Trobacher is the Director of Research and Communication; he oversees the ambitious research program at NutriAg that guides the development of new products and validates our existing technologies. Chris also heads NutriAg Academy, our advanced learning platform that draws from the expertise and experience of our scientists and agronomists to educate customers on the science behind our first-class technologies in addition to a variety of agronomic topics.
Chris is a certified agronomist and holds a PhD in Botany, with a focus on cell and molecular biology, from the University of Guelph.
Vice President Technical Market Development – USA
Jack Krause is the Vice President of Technical Market Development at NutriAg USA. Outstanding in plant nutrition and plant physiology, he has concentrated much of his experience in crops grown in California and the US West Coast, including tree nuts, tree fruit and row crops. He coordinates and oversees US research and technical development, is directly involved in sales and market support, and has responsibilities in international development.
Jack has an ability to interpret scientific data and literature into easily understood information and concepts that stimulate interest in even the less science oriented. His well-rounded knowledge makes him an invaluable resource to our business partners, crop advisors and growers.
Vice President Internal Audit & Costing
Lucia Ko is the VP of Internal Audit & Costing. She provides leadership and effective inventory auditing and analysis for strategic product costing and pricing to meet company goals. Lucia has been working with the company since 2001. She has extensive background and experience in finance and supply chain management. She works with multiple departments utilizing expert knowledge to evaluate the internal operational processes and practices to add value and improve the organization’s risk management, control and governance processes.
She believes that the importance of sharing the company’s values and beliefs in a positive corporate culture with continuance improvement on process management can lead the Company on the success trajectory.
Vice President Manufacturing
Derek Williams ensures efficient manufacturing across NutriAg’s entire product line. Derek continues to reinforce the highest standards of environmental safety in NutriAg’s manufacturing process. He also ensures that all products are produced in the most cost effective manner.
Derek supervises and manages all three of NutriAg’s manufacturing plants, two in Canada, and one in the USA. He is dedicated to increasing both productivity and quality in all of NutriAg’s production plants, without ever compromising on safety.
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Kelly Tanaka is the Chief Scientific Officer who leads NutriAg’s exceptional team of researchers. Kelly is responsible for the Company’s product portfolio from concept to field validation for new products focused on agricultural unmet needs and sustainable farming practices.
He is coauthor or inventor on several peer reviewed scientific articles or patents and passionate about creating new solutions for growers around the globe. Kelly joined the NutriAg team in August 2009 after spending 7 years in the biotech sector honing his synthetic and product development skills.
Kelly holds a PhD in carbohydrate chemistry from Simon Fraser University.

Aric Azbel is a meticulous and analytical chartered accountant with over two decades of experience in strategic financial planning, corporate finance and accounting. Along with his excellent team, Aric oversees NutriAg’s financial objectives and provides vital, well informed financial direction.

NutriAg’s president Martin Bloomberg has more than three decades of business strategy and agricultural science experience. A multi-talented registered agrologist, he is involved in all aspects of the company and remains committed to creating a company with the most cutting edge plant nutrient based technologies.
Martin is also the named inventor of several local and international patents. He has published several articles in various international journals. He combines a passion for research and development with a love of agriculture and and a keen interest in marketing and commerce. Nutriag’s Scientific Research Manager & Head of Training and Education
Chris obtained his BSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics, and both an MSc and PhD in Botany with a focus on cell biology and plant physiology, all at the University of Guelph. He also participated in a joint project with the University of Guelph and OMAFRA on post-harvest physiology of apple fruit stored under controlled atmosphere conditions as a Post-doctoral Fellow.
As the Scientific Research Manager at NutriAg Ltd. Chris participates in development and testing of foliar fertilizers, biopesticides, and biofertilizers on a variety of crops. He oversees preliminary product testing, investigates nutrient mobility in crops, how foliar fertilizers alter gene expression and the metabolome, and works with field researchers on trial design and data analysis. Chris also works with dealers and growers from Canada and beyond to educate them on foliar feeding and NutriAg’s products.
Director of Technical Support and Development
Dr. Tom Bajorek is the director of Technical Support and Development and he holds a PhD. in chemistry from McMaster University. Dr. Bajorek leads our NutriLab analytics department, and provides exemplary technical guidance to our entire team.
His expertise in IT allows for seamless integration of our reports and analysis for department-wide online access. As an accomplished research and development chemist, Tom has been widely published in scientific journals.

Daniel Cagan is the Director of Logistics, Inventory Planning and Production Forecasting. He has extensive knowledge and experience in import and export business, operations management, warehouse operations, transportation regulations, and distribution.
